And The Winner Is.....
For all of those who voted on if we were having a boy or girl, today we found out. It is 100%, no doubt about it, positively a GIRL. The technician didn't even have to tell me. When I saw her legs and little body I knew it was a girl. Ofcourse that didn't stop me from tearing up a little. Many of you know Ray and I both wanted a little boy. After the initial shock wore off we were happy and pleased with the results. The most important thing is that she is healthy and growing. She had two legs and two hands with five fingers each. I'm not sure about the toes we couldn't quite see those but I'm sure they were all there. Let me tell you this little girl is an acrobat. Throughout the entire ultrasound she kept stretching her legs and putting them over her head. It was the cutest thing ever. The greatest thing about having another girl is we have everything we need right here and won't have to buy much. Which is a big relief for Ray. We haven't chosen a name for our new little girl yet so any suggestions would be great.

Spaghetti Anyone!

Dinner time is always an adventure in our home. At Olivia's 15 month check up the doctor said it was time to start letting her eat on her own. This was the end result. Her favorite meal is spaghetti or anything that makes a mess out of her and her clothes. She has also become quite independent. Any help we try to give her usually lands her food on the floor and her in a fit. I think more food lands on the floor than in her mouth. Meal time also brings prayer time. Every time we sit down to eat Olivia quickly folds her arms to remind us to pray. Sometimes she makes it all the way through the prayer and other times we catch her sneaking a bite before we have said Amen. Being parents is great and we are loving every moment of it.
