ABC's

So I turned 26 on Monday and I thought what better way to celebrate by birthday then share the ABC's of my life. Yes, I ripped this idea off of Facebook and even used a few of their ideas. I'll keep them short.

A-Absolute Need - Chapstick. Don't leave home without it.
B-BYU - I graduated in 2006 with a degree in Early Childhood Education.
C-Convert - I joined the church when I was 14.
D-Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman - I own all 6 seasons. Embarrassing I know.
E-Emigh Elise Esquivel(Maiden Name)- Not sure what my parents were thinking.
F-Family - I love them all, my family, Ray's family. And I have just about every nationality. Someday I'll scan a family picture from the wedding. It looks like a postcard for the United Nations.

G-Green - Favorite color
H-House-My favorite t.v. show. I'm obsessed really.
I-Ice Cream - I could eat a whole pint of Phish Food. No Joke.
J-Jordan Family - I love all of them, they helped me survive my teenage years.
K-Kindergarten - I've taught for the last three years and love it.
L-Laura Jordan - Name of best friend sine 14
M-Most Embarrassing - My car as a teenager would always break down and I would have to pop the hood and give it a little tap. It always happened during lunch like in the Taco Bell parking lot.
N-November 13th 2004 - Married for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple
O-Olivia Wing Yee - 1st born

P-Pet Peeve - When Ray forgets to put the clothes in the dryer. Ew... Mold
Q-Quote - "We were born to be genius but learn to be idiots." or something like that from Einstein.
R-Raymond - Love of my life and best friend
S-Sophie Wing Chang - 2nd born

T-Twilight - Need I say more.
U-Utah - Home Sweet Home - I swore I would never live here and then I got married
V-Visalia Ca - Hometown and the armpit of California

Well there they are. Hope you had fun reading and don't poke to much fun.

Wisdom

Do you ever run your tongue against the gum's near the back of your teeth? I do it all the time. It's one of my weird obsessive compulsive habits. So while doing this a couple of weeks ago I noticed I had what felt like a gash in my gum. I ignored it and kept on with my obsessive compulsive habit. After weeks of this annoying gash in my gum I decided to actually look in my mouth and try to see what it was. To my surprise it was not a gash but instead a wisdom tooth. A wisdom tooth is ripping through my gum and causing me great pain. I mean I'm 26. Who gets wisdom teeth at 26? Honestly! And it's only the first of 4. I'm sure the others are bound to follow. I can feel my gum's swelling already. So here's what I've decided to do. I'm going to go to the dentist, tell him to stick an IV in me, knock me out, and cut out all of my wisdom teeth. Even the one's that haven't erupted yet. Well that's my plan. We'll see how far I get. I was actually naive to think my wisdom teeth were going to hang out below the surface indefinitely. I decided to for go any picture taking of the newcomer taking up residence in my mouth. That would be just gross!

A Child's Prayer

So Ray's parents are the most wonderful in-laws to have. They frequently watch our girls on Thursdays and Fridays and usually Olivia will spend the night on Thursdays. Well on one particular Thursday Ray had come to get Sophie and Olivia had decided she wanted to stay the night. After Ray had left with Sophie, Olivia and her grandparents sat down to eat dinner. Of course Olivia had to say the prayer and this is what she said, "Heavenly Father, Thank you for my cookies, Thank you for our food, and Thank you for taking Sophie home." They really are the best of friends but they enjoy their time apart. Their finally starting to play with each other and more often than not annoy and fight with each other. Oh the joys of having girls...
