Even though Sophie had a tough day she is growing like a weed. She is now 10 lbs and 22 1/4 inches. Developmentally she is doing everything she is suppose too. I love watching her smile and she is starting to coo lots. Being a Mom is great, except when you have to watch them cry - that just breaks my heart. Here are some pictures of our cute girl.

2 Months, 10 lbs, 22 inches, and 5 Shots
Today was a day filled with mixed emotions. No tears from Mom were shed but plenty from Sophie. Sophie has reached a milestone in her life - she is 2 months old. Along with that milestone came lots of pain. She recieved 5 shots today. Poor kid she didn't even know what was happening. After what was a pleasant visit with the doctor came two nurses bearing needles. Sophie was just lying there smiling and cooing. She was in a happy mood until each of the nurses stuck a needle into each of her legs and then repeated until she had been pricked 5 times. And then after a delayed reaction Sophie proceeded to excersize her lungs very loudly. Since leaving the doctors office she has continued to excersize her lungs. We have to very careful not to touch her legs and this induces more crying. Here is a picture of her and Ray after an exhausting day.

Hyrum just had his 6 month shots... I have to talk myself through it every time. I hate that he is getting more aware of what's happening. I don't want him to think that I am hurting him or anything. boo for shots. anyway, miss you and I am glad that you guys are doing well. I hope things work out with the bottle!
I read the comment about Hyrum without reading who it was from. I thought it was from Margaret!
She is too cute. You'll never guess how much Carter weighed! he is getting to be so big. I hope things are working out with going back to school.
Please notice that i have a pic with all of my friends babys. someday...someday...
ok, so I went to go read your blog and accidentally clicked on the picture of Ray and Sophie and Ray has one hair coming out of his nose. teehee.
