10 Day You Challenge - 5 Foods


I will eventually get through this. Anyhow, here are my 5 Foods.

1 - Anything Mexican. It's what I was raised on. It's my comfort food and it reminds me of home. My favorite memory is of grandma making fresh tortillas every Sunday morning. Delicious!


2. French Fries - I'm a serious french fry junkie. My favorite are sweet potato fries but really I'll eat any kind. I try to limit myself because obviously I don't want to be 500 pounds. I would love for someone to invent a "diet" french fry with no calories or fat. A girl can dream.


3. Protein Shakes - I guess this could fall into the category of drinks but it's the staple of my diet, so it's going to be a food for the purposes of this post. I have at least one protein shake a day usually after a workout. Most of the time I just add water but if I need the extra calories or I drink it for breakfast I add milk. It's a required taste and took me a while to get there but now I can't live without it.

4. Ice Cream - Another serious addiction. My favorite flavor can be found at our local BYU creamery, it's Graham Canyon. I once waited in line for 1/2 hour just to get a graham canyon shake. It was worth every bite. I'm also a fan of Cold Stone. Side note - Cold Stone's World Largest Ice cream Social is September 27th from 5-8. You can receive a free "sprinkled with wishes" creation.


5. Subway - Let's just say I have a Subway card and I frequently receive free sandwiches.


Next up 4 Books.
