The Dirty Dash

I ran this race with 4 other amazing women. They worked so hard and finished triumphant. I dragged the girlies to this race. Olivia will try anything and mostly loved the muddy plunge. Sophie, on the other hand, was hesitant. I had to coax her into the mud and she spent a minimal amount of time getting muddy.





In this picture she is actually trying to peel the mud off her hand. She is such a girl. I think I've met my quota for muddy runs this year. I don't have any shoes left to ruin. Until next summer...
